We generate the invoices at the beginning of the month for goods taken during the previous month. Payment terms are 30 days and our preferred payment methods are by bacs or direct debit.

Keep hold of them!!! Our bottles are re-usable so a deposit is charged on each bottle delivered and then refunded on every empty bottle we collect, so please look after them and it won’t cost you any more!

For a bottled cooler, the frequency of sanitisation must be on an average thirteen week cycle. For a plumbed in water cooler, we schedule a sanitisation whichincludes a filter change every 6 months as recommended by the BWCA.

Regular sanitisation of the water cooler ensures that the quality of the water dispensed is maintained at it’s optimum condition.

The WHA is the governing body for the water dispenser industry and represents the interests of the water dispenser industry in the UK. Members must adhere to strict Bylaws, Codes of Practice and the Code of Advertising and Conduct and are rigorously audited for compliance annually by 3rd party inspection organisations. Yes, we are full bottler and distributor members of the WHA (Water Dispenser & Hydration Association), and as we fall into two membership categories we have to undergo two independent audits each year.
